Refund policy
Perch & Cove will allow exchanges for a shop credit on any single candle (not gift sets) that has not been burned, damaged, or altered (surface scraped away). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
It is up to you, the consumer to ensure the candle is packed safely and securely to prevent damage in transit. Perch and Cove will not assume responsibility for damaged returns as a result of improper packing. When your exchange is received, please allow up to 72 hours for your shop credit to be available.
